The WSFEA Conference & Banquet is a two-day event consisting of a fun, relaxing Friday night sponsored by the vendors, a business meeting and educational conference on Saturday, and a formal banquet dinner on Saturday night. Guests are welcome and encouraged! Booking your room as soon as possible is recommended. Pre-registration is also highly recommended to make arrival easier.

Your badge and banquet tickets will be available for pick up at Vendor’s Night, before the conference, and before the Banquet. Badges will be required to enter any of these sessions. Registering live at the event is possible, but entry will be delayed by the line of individuals waiting to process their payments and have their badges created. Advanced registration is highly encouraged.

We kick off the WSFEA weekend with the annual Jay Erickson Memorial Golf Tournament at Oregon City Golf Club.
Saw filers participated at no cost thanks to Burton Mills Solutions sponsoring green fees for up to 20 golfers. Vendor participants are invited to join by contributing a $90 green fee, paid directly to the WSFEA as a donation. Burton Mills Solutions covered the course costs for vendor players, allowing 100% of the vendor green fees to go toward supporting the WSFEA.
Golfers should arrive at the course by 8:30am. Note that golfers are to provide their own lunch.
